We have been traveling from Kashi to Ayothya and finally finishing our travels at Prayagraj. The food at the Millennium Inn was just WoW. Was very holistic. My son says it was the best Palak Paneer in the last 10 years. The waiters have been very accommodative and courteous. well done Service: 5

I’d like to personally thank the management for the seamless booking process—it was the last time things actually worked. Upon arrival, we were treated to a DIY luggage-hauling experience, presumably as a warm-up for the main event: surviving a room with heat & noise outside. After informing the staff that our AC was effectively a wall-mounted paperweight, they performed a 'filter change' ritual and then vanished. I can only assume they wanted us to experience the authentic climate of the wedding festivities happening on our floor. A special shoutout to the local cockroach delegation that greeted us in the room. It’s clear the hotel values its insect guests more than the paying human ones, as they seemed much more comfortable in the heat than we were. The breakfast was actually fantastic and the team there was lovely—it’s a shame the 'hospitality' part of the hotel stay was missing. Since the management seems to have forgotten that people pay for rooms (not just eggs), I’m leaving 2 stars as a little 'thinking of you' note. Call me if you'd like a roadmap on how to actually run a hotel. Service: 2
