A Sweet Escape into Flavor Paradise! We had the most delightful experience at Milkyway Velachery ! From the moment we walked in, the cozy, cheerful vibe made us feel like a kid again. The staff was incredibly friendly and offered great suggestions with a big smile. The variety of flavors was impressive—classic favorites alongside some really unique options. We tried the Nutty Crunch in waffle cone and fruit N nut sundae, and it was pure magic—creamy, rich, and just the right amount of sweetness. The waffle cone was fresh and perfectly crisp, adding to the overall experience. What truly stood out was the attention to detail and the love they clearly put into every icecream. Nutty crush it seems but just very few nuts. This used to be a good place but unfortunately the standard and customer service was rude. Worst service and bad response.

First of all Thank you for visiting us, we are shocked to see such a negative response for not offering extra cashew nuts for free. we told you the charges for the extra cashew nuts you asked but you got upset and started scolding us for charging for extra Cashew nuts, this is unfortunate.
