You can go to this confectionary restaurant if you happen to be near St George's Cathedral. The chef at MilkyWay cooks good ice cream.

The blackcurrant shake is definitely worth a mention..I had added extra choco chips to it..It was thick and dangerously delicious ????
The chocolate shake was also great, thick with choco chips..I didn't order choco chips with this one, but I guess they add it in the making..
The ice cream tasted somewhat different..not your regular, mundane chocolatey taste..it tasted more creamy..not really sure about others, but I found it pretty dense !
Delivery and packaging both were done right..
Is This Even Milky Way??? The first question that popped in my mind as i entered the outlet..Located in the Petrol bunk on the Avvai shanmugam salai..This is a Chaat shop who also claim to sell Milky way ice cream...The interior looks shabby..the walls are stained..and many items stuffed in one place...Has 3 tables of 4 ppl set up...The only guy in the restaurant was really good though...Kind and polite...
Seeing chaat in the menu i coudn resist and ordered a Corn Bhel along with a Joe's Passion Ice cream...Was quickly made and served..no problems in the service...
The Corn bhel was a regular Bhel with Corn topped on it...The Corn was a bit cold though...hotter ones could have been better...Now the main part...the ice cream was no where close to the Milky way ice creams..it was nowhere a softy to begin with...Normal vanilla icecream served a small cup topped with chocolate sauce and chocolate chips...Though tasted good...it was not what i expected..i guess they are just using the name of milky way..
An outlet that can be tried for chat...You want to get milky way icecreams then this is not the place for you...The mangement of Milkyway should look into it and clarify the doubt as i seriously dont believe this is a franchise of Milky Way....
