Today I ordered a cake from Milk Bar in Aligarh, and unfortunately, it turned out to be one of the most disappointing experiences I’ve had with a bakery. The cake looked decent from the outside, but the moment we cut into it, everything went downhill. The texture was extremely dry and crumbly, almost as if it had been sitting out for days. The sponge lacked moisture, and the cream tasted stale and overly artificial — more like whipped margarine than real frosting. The flavor was completely off; instead of the rich, sweet taste you expect from a freshly baked cake, it had a strange, bitter aftertaste that made it hard to enjoy even a small slice. For a place that claims to specialize in cakes. this was honestly unacceptable. The quality didn’t match the price or the reputation of Milk Bar. I genuinely hope the management takes this feedback seriously, improves freshness and quality control, and ensures customers get what they pay for — because right now, the experience was nothing short of awful. we have 3 little child in my home. Unfortunately due to Un-Natural Colour & Tasteless we didn't give this cake to our child. Instantly I have ordered cake through Swiggy by Jassi's Cake Breads & Bytes Aligarh. You won't belive his Pine Apple cake was up to mark in terms of Taste with Pine Apple Flavour. Last word- Milkbar Management is playing with Health. I want to say to Owner Mr. Nikhil. Paisa hi sab kuch nhi hota. You need to work on Quality & Taste. Food: 1

Environment is good for family and get togehter. Veg patties was tasty but didn't liked cold coffee. Overall, always a taste freindly. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Service: Takeaway Meal type: Brunch Price per person: ₹400–600
