Extremely disappointing experience. First, the service at the restaurant was poor. The waiters seemed distracted and completely disengaged. There was no attentiveness or professionalism in how they handled customers. Second, the food quality was below expectations. I won’t go into detail, but it did not justify the price or the overall positioning of the restaurant. The most frustrating part, however, was the payment process. Instead of providing a proper business UPI or POS system, I was shown a personal QR code (name displayed: Ratikant Jena). After making the payment, the staff repeatedly insisted on taking a picture of UPI transaction for confirmation. The manager even followed me asking me to open my phone and show proof despite the waiter already checking it once. If UPI payments are restricted for screenshots then there is a reasin for it, bypassing and clicking pictures for confirmation, is unacceptable but that is exactly why professional restaurants use POS machines or voice-confirmation systems at the billing desk. Making customers feel like they need to “prove” they’ve paid is unacceptable. The manager’s behavior was particularly disappointing. Rather than resolving the situation calmly and professionally, it felt like unnecessary pressure and mistrust. Overall, the experience made me feel more like a suspect than a customer. Definitely not recommended unless serious improvements are made in service quality and payment handling systems. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

The Milestone restaurant on Hyderabad-Mumbai highway is at strategic location and food served is very delicious. Staff is very courteous. If you are driving on this route do visit the place and savour the real taste of food. Meal type: Dinner
