This place came highly recommended by an icecream aficionado so we had to check it out. Came for the Iranian lemon sorbet but stayed for the wild berry one. We had lemon scoop and wild berry scoop. And lemon and strawberry. The lemon was nice, less tangy than we expected but the wild berry was unbelievable. Sour sweet and the right amount of sharp tangy flavour. It was perfect. The strawberry flavour was good but not a patch on the wild berry. We are definitely going to come again coz the baked stuff looked amazing too which begs another visit soon.

Very poor experience at Milano. The gelatos are good and so are the other items. But the staff acts really snooty for some reason. Also, I ordered 3 different items(lemon tart, mango tart and one other) and paid for it. Did a takeaway, and the box seemed small for my order so I reconfirmed. And the girl at the counter confirmed that all items were packed. Now most of us would not recheck a nicely packed box after the staff has confirmed. Now I am back home in Mysore, a different city, and I was right. Two items are missing! There is no number to call to even get a refund. Folks, you really need to get your act together - just great desserts are not enough. Your service and attitude are also an integral part of the experience. I will give this outlet of Milano a zero rating. Never go there.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Milano Ice Cream on Church Road, and I must say, it was a delightful experience! From the moment I stepped inside, I was greeted by a charming ambiance and eye-catching decor that set the perfect mood for indulging in some delicious ice cream. The staff at Milano Ice Cream were incredibly pleasant and attentive, making us feel right at home. Now, let's talk about the star of the show—the ice cream! They offer a wide variety of flavors, and we decided to try the French Vanilla and Pistachio. Both were absolutely finger-licking good! The richness of the French Vanilla and the nutty flavor of the Pistachio were simply divine. We also decided to sample their waffles, which were good but not quite the standout I was hoping for. They were enjoyable, but I think the ice cream is where Milano truly shines. Overall, Milano Ice Cream is definitely a worth-try joint for anyone in Bengaluru. Whether you're looking for a sweet treat to cool down or a cozy place to hang out with friends, this ice cream parlour has it all. I can't wait to go back and explore more of their flavors! Highly recommended!
