The staff here is very polite and the food is really nice. It can get quite chaotic and noisy during busy hours, and there’s usually some waiting if you visit at peak times, but the food makes it worth it. "This place has gone from decent to downright unacceptable! Found hair in the rasmalai and, shockingly, a small piece of metal in the gulab jamun. This is not just poor quality—it’s a serious health hazard. What’s worse? Even after informing the staff, there was absolutely no apology, no accountability, and no corrective action. Such negligence shows they have zero concern for hygiene or customer safety. If you value your health, think twice before eating here. Food safety clearly isn’t their priority anymore.
