Thank you for your honest feedback. We’re truly sorry to hear that your recent experience did not match the standards we strive for. We regret that several items were unavailable on the menu and that the waffle was not served at the right texture—it should definitely not be that hard to cut through. We also apologize for the slow service and the impression of disinterest from our staff. This is not the level of hospitality we aim to provide, and we’ll be addressing this with our team immediately.
