Very Disappointed with the Service We hired this hotel for a party, but the experience was extremely disappointing. Despite charging a high amount, they did not provide basic facilities. The hall didn’t even have a functioning AC, which made it very uncomfortable for our guests. On top of that, they didn’t provide even the most basic hygiene essentials like soap or handwash. The overall hospitality was terrible, and the staff seemed indifferent to our concerns. Definitely not worth the money — would not recommend this place to anyone looking for a smooth and well-managed event. Service: 1
