Our almost (good) experience at Mia Cucina (Vikhroli) was unfortunately marred by a deeply disappointing interaction. We ordered drinks during happy hour, which included a promotion of 2 drinks with 2 free drinks. During the billing process, we overheard the waiter say, "charge them for 4, they won't notice." This was not only unprofessional but also incredibly dishonest. It was hurtful to realize that the staff could try to take advantage of us like that, especially after enjoying a pleasant meal. What was initially a great experience was completely overshadowed by this deceitful behavior, which ultimately broke our trust in the establishment. While the food and setting were great, the lack of integrity in handling the situation was a deal-breaker for us. I hope Mia Cucina takes this feedback seriously to ensure future customers are treated with honesty and respect.
