Mezzaluna serves up amazing steaks and incredible food overall. The taste was truly mind-blowing, and it's an experience I won't forget anytime soon. Worst restaurant to order your food. Ordered tandoori chicken for dinner and it's too much spicy that can't even put it into mouth. After intimation restaurant people not even bothered to address the issue including manager Sujan Thimmaiah who talked over phone. Don't get trapped by ordering food here. Pathetic service Update: After seeing the review replying here doesn't solve the issue. Yes swiggy people only told that restaurant is the sole responsible for the issue which you are facing so only I called the restaurant. When I order food from your restaurant, including swiggy you also will be responsible for that. And moreover while on call you told that we give complementary when you order next time but I didn't agree for that. Coming here and giving reply doesn't make any sense when you failed address the customer issue when it is raised. I am the core customer of your restaurant but what you guys did yesterday has vanished all the faith. And you pretending that quality of food was good. I am the one who tasted and I asked your restaurant people to come taste the food right there. Don't try to be smart to address the issue.
