Visited couple of times. Food quality is poor. service is too slow. Gave second chance but absolutely no improvement. Not value for money. Better to avoid

I ordered food today from metro 9 and was excited to enjoy Friday with family but when I got the food we were disappointed.my kids love Lolly pop but by looking it they said they do not want to eat . It looks like it was over fried and not fresh. Also ordered fish Tawa fry but I think they don’t know how to prepare it it was not at all good.
Overall food quality is not good

Tried this restaurant couple of weeks ago.
The ambience is good.
Food is also tasty.
Do try their Italian Stuffed Mushroom and Nanza.

But.... the service is pathetic.
Waiters do not know the difference between dishes.
Also, they are nowhere to be seen once the food is served.
You have to get up from your table and call them loudly.
Even then no one comes to your table.
You really have to be lucky to get their attention.

I hope this is not a regular practise at their restaurant.
Will give it another try some other day.
