Mezzo is a popular bar and restaurant located at the Avenue Regent Hotel in Kochi. The bar has a great ambience with tastefully done interiors and a separate outdoor area with seating for smokers. The staff is friendly and attentive, and the cocktails and other liquor are of high quality. The food is also delicious, with the Korean BBQ wings, Chicken 66, Konjee Beef and Kung Pao Chicken being particularly noteworthy. The tables are small and close to each other, so there is little privacy. The service is generally good, though it can get slow during peak hours. Parking can also be difficult. Mezzo is a great place to relax and enjoy a drink or two with friends, and their selection of beer is decent. It's worth noting that the food is slightly pricey, but it's worth it for the quality.

This place is loosing it's stature. Staff was not cooperative. Despite half of the tables being empty, Manager (at the entrance) told us to wait for 20 min assuring that table will be available. After 20 min, when I enquired again, he started behaving rudely and made a statement that he can't provide me a table and I may leave. This is totally unacceptable and constitutes to improper handling of guests. The management should look seriously into such matters and employ more educated/ trained staff. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Mezzo is situated on the ground floor of Avenue Regent. The venue is relatively small and often crowded, particularly on weekends, requiring some waiting time for a table. The food and drinks are of average quality and come at a relatively high price. The customer service is satisfactory.
