I just visited the shop to order a cake for a special occasion. There was one lady ahead of me who was still deciding what to order. While she was thinking, I placed my order for a raspberry cake. After hearing my order, the lady then decided to order the same cake. Unfortunately, there was only one raspberry cake left, and despite the fact that I ordered first, the staff chose to sell it to her. This was extremely unprofessional and unfair. Priority should be given based on who orders first, especially when customers are waiting patiently. I left disappointed, and it completely spoiled what was supposed to be a special moment. I expected much better customer handling from a reputed brand like Merwans. Service: 1

When I Bought 1-2 veg puff they offer free paper packet. However when I bought around 20 veg puff they charged Rs 2 extra for each paper packet this is highly unprofessional. Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
