We had a one day outing with our family members. It was very well organised. Food really tastes good. We had a joyful time enjoying all the sports activity as well as cycling. Swimming pool was clean. Kids enjoyed a lot in pool. We are very much thankful to Shakira sales manager who was answering ourselves over phone very politely. The resort is full of mango trees and full of greenery. Please provide mats in and outside of the rooms while coming from the pool. Overall we had a enjoyable experience.

We planned team outing on saturday April 5th 2025, It was well organized and got great service support from Shakira Manager. Ambience Wise Resort is awesome. Separate Place was given for Team Building activities, Outdoor games and swimming pool everything is fine. Food Was Great Taste. Again we are thanking for great service to Shakira, Mermaid Resort Keep your Flag up always. For sure we will Visit again !! Service: 5

Resorts is close to city and is full of greenery. Cycling is there u can walk across. Nice swimming pool. But the bathrooms are not so clean. But the food starting from breakfast to lunch and dinner are too good. Though less varities are there in complementary breakfast all provided items are good. Service: 5
