Terrible experience – not recommended! I had an extremely disappointing experience at Merinut Restaurant in Karukachal. First off, the fresh lime I was served was way too sour — completely undrinkable. But the worst part came next: the plate I was eating from cracked on its own while I was using it, which was not only bizarre but also dangerous. When I brought it to the staff's attention, I expected at least a basic apology or concern — instead, their attitude was shockingly arrogant and dismissive. No one took responsibility or even tried to make the situation right. The level of customer service was absolutely unacceptable. Restaurants should care about customer safety and experience, and sadly, Merinut failed on both counts. I will definitely not be visiting again and would not recommend this place to anyone looking for decent food, service, or basic courtesy.

This place is great! Atmosphere is chill and cool but the staff is also really friendly. They know what they’re doing and what they’re talking about, and you can tell making the customers happy is their main priority. Food is pretty good, some italian classics and some twists, and for their prices it’s 100% worth it.
