I visited Mercelys Kefi on a Saturday afternoon hoping to enjoy their shakes, but unfortunately, it was a disappointing experience. Despite the empty shop and a supposedly new ambiance, the service was lacking. After waiting for 10 minutes, we were informed that two flavors we ordered were not available. Upon changing our choices, we were served with a different flavor altogether. If you're craving Mercelys ice cream, it might be worth a visit, but for shakes, I'd recommend looking elsewhere.
