Really bad service. I have visited them twice. While my first experience was so good. The second time ensured that I never visit them again. Stale food. Horrible service. While serving they were actually spilling it on table or clothes. Taking loads of time to actually get water too. They really need to have a look. Spoiled our important day. I literally contacted them on chat so many times. did normal calls too. no one tends to respond. Note: I loved the food and ambience when i had gone in May but if this is how it has turned out. You guys really need to bring back that consistency.

Will not visit again. That's for sure. Went there for Diwali Lunch with family. There were Only a few tables full but The Lack of Service is Extremely pathetic. Nobody comes to serve you water, no manus were given until after 10 minutes. Manager disregarded our Jain Order, brought Regular Non jain food.Got late for everything and still the food wasn't Even Hot. Kids got very hungry and started crying. We left there half empty, disheartened.To the Owner: If you want Merasa to Run Lunch time in Ahmedabad in semi open area with transparent roof, the LEAST you can do is Put Ceiling Fans.The CUTLERY IS OLD AND STAINED.The Restaurant is over-hyped and Absolutely Not Worth the Money.NOT DONE.
