We reserved through Zomato Dining. Food is good. Ambience is calm. But waiting time too long for each order. Only one waiter and one cook doing God's work. I understand cafe is a place to relax and have some good food and quality time but hunger tested our patience so much. Orders after us were getting served but ours got delayed. We came in at 1:10 pm but we got served at 2:15 pm. I highly recommend visiting if you can afford to spend more time here. Or else skip this place! Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

We had cappuccinos and lattes, which was well-made. However, the food was a real letdown. The chicken quesadilla was disappointing; the filling tasted like chili chicken, which was an odd and unappetizing choice. The mezze platter also had issues, as the pita bread was uncooked and doughy. For the high prices they charge, we expected much better quality. I would recommend this cafe for a coffee, but I wouldn't go back for the food. Food: 1 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3

First time in Meraki Cafe and YOU have to go! It’s the loveable tiny spot at Neelankarai with Very good service, excellent menu, not overly extensive. Food was very good quality all around. We tried a variety of foods, my favorite was the cheese hangover pizza. How would you refuse for their Hot chocolate which is decent. Best place hangout with family and friends, couple spot is missing though. Had the finest time and loved this facility. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ₹400–600 Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4
