We’re really glad you enjoyed the creamy cheezy garlic bread and found the cheesy pepper jack twister decent ( it sure is an acquired liking ). Do try our other twister options they surely won't disappoint. At the same time, we sincerely apologize that certain aspects of your visit didn’t meet expectations, especially the staff interaction and your experience with some of the dishes. . We have been a self-service café since 2015, as it’s part of our operating style, but we completely understand your point especially for guests who are tired after travelling. Your feedback is valuable, and we will certainly take it into consideration as we continue to improve. . Regarding the baked mushroom open faced sandwich, we’re sorry it didn’t suit your palate. We do provide detailed descriptions in our menu so guests can choose based on their preferences, but we appreciate your honest feedback on the flavour balance. . As for the Veg Fritti, we would like to clarify that we are a palm-oil-free café and do not outsource or use packaged products. We’re sorry they didn’t come across that way to you, and we’ll revisit consistency on this. . We genuinely hope to welcome you again and give you a much better overall experience next time. We would also love for you to try something from our dessert menu on your next visit, it’s something many of our guests really enjoy. .
