The food is so so, it’s used to be better before. The staff is really rude too. If you pay through Swiggy offer, they just don’t like it and refuse to take the payment when the payment is already done. In my case they genuinely created a scene. Not professional at all. Very unpleasant experience. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

There were 2 times when i visited Melt House in 32nd Avenue. The first time the staff didnt even bother to acknowledge us after 5-10 mins sitting in the restaurant, finally when they noticed us they were very rude and ignorant when trying to reach out to.The second time was on my birthday, I had called the restaurant early morning to book a lunch for myself and my friends, they said okay. I reached 32nd Avenue with my birthday cake etc, and the person at the reception told me that there was no seating available inside. When i told him i booked in advance, he started asking me questions in a very condescending tone - Who did you call? When did you call? We never accept reservations, so there cannot be any booking. He refused to give me a seating and I was embarrassed infront of my friends on my birthday. I left telling him to call me once seat is available but i didnt receive a call back and had
