Had a nice experience overall. The vegetarian starters could be better, as some of them were cold and a bit soggy.Loved the desserts though — they were the highlight of the meal! Great job by the chef and staff. Service was good too, with attentive staff making the experience pleasant.Suggestion: Adding some international dishes and improving the starters would definitely take the experience to the next level.

Had an amazing time at the Sunday buffet at Melange, Radisson Blu! The spread was huge and impressive — from starters to desserts, every dish was flavorful and well-presented. Unlimited mocktails and cocktails were included, all at price of ₹2600 + taxes per person (plus pre book offers available) — a fantastic deal, especially if you pre-book via Zomato or Swiggy.The service was exceptional — even if you just mentioned something in passing, they’d go out of their way to get it for you, even if it wasn’t on the menu. Truly remarkable attentiveness!Special thanks to Manjit and Subrato for their warm hospitality — they ensured everything was seamless and enjoyable.Bonus experiences like a live magician and soothing live music added to the relaxed, festive vibe. Honestly, this outshines my past visits to Sheraton Grand Whitefield and DoubleTree by Hilton 1882.Highly recommended for a memorable and indulgent Sunday!
