I’ve been to Mekong Folks a couple of times now, and honestly the experience hasn’t lived up to expectations.The food itself tastes okay, but the hygiene and service are major issues. During one visit, I found a cockroach in the dish. Another time, there were mice around the seating area. When I complained, the staff’s reaction was casual at best — they simply moved us to another table and removed one dish from the bill as a “discount.”For a place that looks premium from the outside, the lack of cleanliness and customer care is disappointing. Ambience doesn’t mean much if hygiene isn’t taken seriously. Unhygienic and unacceptable. Definitely not recommending until they fix these basic issues.
