Chinese and Japanese cuisines are to guests' taste at this restaurant. The truth is that you will really like perfectly cooked bao, miso ramen and honey chicken. Cooks at Dorje and the Bell do their best to provide visitors with good biscuits, custard dessert and fudge. Come here and order delicious cordial or good ale. The place is amazing, with a casual layout and service. An amazing place to explore during rains. The place earlier has roughly 10 tables seating 20 odd people, with comfortable chains and sofa setting. I would suggest a layer of caution if there are aged people, as climbing down the three stairs will be a small issue. The food, what was good and a must try... both mì is really worth trying the filling and the crunch of baguette is worth it. Tofu roll with rice paper is worth it, would however need some extra sauce. The Boa was a good attempt, left like a filling wrapped around a Kulcha, missed the steam bun feeling. Tried the Katsu Curry in Japanese style. This dish disappointed me the most, lacked the apple and carrot in the Katsu curry and the Chicken had the right crunch but was hammer or sliced very thin like a Schnitzel. One more thing to defiantly try would be lemon tea, Virginia mojoto and Guava monitor. Dorje and the Bell is an asian fusion restaurant cum cafe. Its a cozy little space serving some of the most delicious meals, the staff and owners are so polite and friendly, its an outdoor seating space so no ac if you are into that, and if you are scared of dogs be mindful as they have one dog , he is not gonna disturb you but definitely worth knowing before you go, aa for the food, its just super tasty, highly recommended place.
