The positive aspect of this restaurant is that the staff is appealing. If you want to experience terrific service, you should go to MEIPHUNG Northeast Bar and Restro. Prices are found reasonable here. There is a cozy atmosphere and fancy decor at this place. Google users awarded the score of 4.7 to this spot.

First of all, as someone from the Northeast, I don’t like giving bad reviews, especially to places that serve Northeast food. But unfortunately, we were very disappointed with the service. We came all the way from Arambol to your restaurant specifically to have authentic pork curry and other Northeast dishes. We knew we might be arriving a bit late, so we called twice beforehand to confirm. The lady on the phone clearly told us that food would be available until 1 PM and that the restaurant would close at 2 PM. However, when we reached around 12:10 PM, the staff immediately told us they were about to close in 5 minutes because they were all going somewhere for a party. When we mentioned that we had just called and confirmed, we were told that there was new staff who didn’t know about it. We even asked the staff if there was any pork dish left even a small portion and said we would be happy to take whatever was available. But nothing was offered, and there was no effort to accommodate us. It was very frustrating and disappointing, especially since we booked a cab and traveled such a long distance expecting authentic food and proper service. One of my favorite restaurants in the area. The food is always amazing, nice ambience and the staff is always very friendly and courteous. Had one of the best momos here. The curries and singju are my favorites.
