It's something to sit surrounded by centuries of history under the open sky full of stars...all the wars n love stories flash by u n put u in certain meditative state...though there can be lot of usual additions which can vastly improve the experience, for example, some light Indian classical instrumental music...the terrace is absolutely bare except the required chairs and tables, some plants would definitely help liven up the otherwise heavy energy...the menu does not have regular things like soups...and no alcohol too...it should be definitely added, atleast the soups...food is passable, but service is impeccable... lastly, don't go without a shawl, it gets quite windy up there... This restaurant is built on the terrace of the Mehrangarh Fort in Jodhpur and hence the name! It is must visit if you’re in Jodhpur! This open roof top cafe offers stunning views of the city and the fort! Dinning here was an experience in itself even though the food is not that great! The service however was top-notch! The restaurant only operates for dinner so please plan your visit accordingly! Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ₹800–1,000 Food: 3 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5

Magnanimous yet so humble , warm and delicious food . Home cooked food . My all time favourite place to dine in Jodhpur.
