I vwent there and was a bit disappointed as the atmosphere was very noisy, and also waited for my food to arive but after a huge wait I was satisfied to eat the food as it was delicious compared to other restaurants in the segment, hope this review helps. I had an extremely disappointing experience at Mehfil today. We ordered 2 meals for parcel and waited for almost 1 hour after paying. At 35 minutes, we enquired about our order, and the waiter told us it would take more time, in a very rude and arrogant way. Because of we paid again waited another 25 minutes. After 1 hour, the waiter who handed over our parcel showed extremely poor behavior and arrogant attitude to ladies. His attitude is like we were receiving free food or a favor from him. Maybe there was a rush, but at least they have to maintain some manners when addressing customers. After this, when we checked the parcel, he had forgotten to include the curry that we had specifically ordered, because of which we had to return to the restaurant again to collect the curry. When this was pointed out, his attitude remained unapologetic and he treated us more like a nuisance. If you've paid, it's your responsibility to ensure the order is correct. Such behavior is completely unacceptable, especially towards ladies. He is not giving us free service. We understand that there might have been a rush, but more than 1hr to receive a parcel is unacceptable. We've ordered from other restaurants and have never faced such an issue before. That guy's behavior towards ladies was very arrogant and irritating... Very poor customer service. Service: 1
