I loved the service of Aasif, the floor manager which is outstanding. His helpful suggestions enhanced our dining experience. He maintained a positive attitude throughout, making us feel welcome and valued. The food was delicious, fresh, well-presented and I would highly recommend both the service and the food. Unhygienic Food & Poor Customer Service! On March 12, 2025, at 12:35 AM, my colleague and I visited Mehfil Nizampet to have biryani. Shockingly, I found a fly in my biryani. When we informed the waiter, he called his superior, who casually dismissed it, saying, "It's just fly (makki), we will replace it." This response was unacceptable! How can we trust the same kitchen to serve us a fresh and hygienic dish after witnessing such negligence? The lack of responsibility and concern for food safety was disturbing. Budget free biryani for any common man. The price and portion they serve is sufficient for any kind of appetite person. I Also love their chai..
