Went with friends here when we couldn't decide which restaurant to go. North Indian food is great here. But south Indian food is worst. Ambience & service are good. But it has closed down recently.
It was one of those days when you're a combination of hungry, lazy and downright moronic. Coupled with the Monday blues...... Sense evades you, and your decisions are based on "hmmm..... Name sounds interesting".... Anyways, driving around aimlessly looking for some rustic dhaba style food and I came across this place called mehek.... Its opposite the rto....
Climb up a flight of stairs and you walk into an empty restaurant... At 2pm LOL..... Immediately you're kicking yourself"damn I should have gone to some other place"....
Anyways, we ordered tandoori chicken, chicken hyderabadi and rotis..... Tandoori was decent, a little too spicy for my liking..... Chicken hyderabadi was really good.....
The lunch turned out to be one of those pleasant unexpected surprises that make you pat your back and say good instinct ol chap".
Decently priced and has a working AC which is a boon given the weather.....
Dhaba style cooking..... You have been warned!
Perfect place for unplanned dinners.....
Good services.................................
