Tried their whole meat rumali shawarma, which cost ₹170. It didn’t taste like a shawarma at all — it was more like a chicken roast and was quite spicy. It could be that the taste was off that day. Food: 2 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5 Service: Takeaway Price per person: ₹1–200

As a regular customer, I’m really disappointed with the experience I had today and a couple of days back. Today, I ordered a shake and requested some hot water because I had throat pain. The shake was good, but they refused to provide even a little hot water, despite me being a regular customer. Two days ago, I had an even worse experience. I ordered a burger, and it was spoiled. I ended up with severe stomach issues for an entire day because of it. The old Meeta Palace was known for good food and excellent customer service, but unfortunately, that charm is completely gone now. I’m very sorry to say that Meeta Palace has become just like any ordinary bakery now. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3
