I'm from Delhi and we have several good chaat options in and around Delhi, but trust me, nothing beats the super awesome deliciousness of the alu tikki at Meerut Chaat Bhandar. I'm sure you can find great chaat at other places in Meerut too - no wonder, because chaat originated here, alongwith Agra, Lucknow and Prayagraj.
