I was surprised to find this delightful find in the most unexpected place.. butterscotch ice cream cake. The perfectly adequate layers of ice cream and cake bread topped with little chunks of butterscotch, we couldn't help but finish it up in one sitting.
The packaging was immaculate to ensure there was no spill and the cake arrived in perfect conditions despite the awful rains.
