We’d like to clarify our policy so that every guest can have a smooth and enjoyable visit. Our restaurant gladly honors payments made through online platforms such as Zomato when the reservation is made in advance through those platforms. However, for walk-in guests, especially those who enjoy our exclusive in-house experiences like private dining rooms, customized buffet setups, decorations, or party arrangements, payments are handled directly at the restaurant. Our restaurant is listed on Zomato specifically for advance reservations, and we invest significantly to maintain that visibility. For walk-in guests, billing directly allows us to offer personalized services and special in-house offers without involving third-party commissions — ensuring transparency and fairness for both our guests and our team. We’ve also noticed some guests creating instant reservations on third-party apps after dining to claim discounts or benefits. Unfortunately, such bookings are not valid, as they were not made prior to the visit. Similarly, when a reservation is made for a smaller group (for example, 2 guests) but more guests arrive (such as 10), we may be unable to honor that booking due to capacity and fairness to other guests. Our payment policy is clearly mentioned in our physical menu.
