We take hygiene and food safety very seriously, and this situation is just as concerning for us as it is for you. Our kitchen follows strict hygiene protocols, including regular professional pest control, and just a few days ago, a scheduled treatment was conducted. It is an unfortunate coincidence that you experienced this issue, but making extreme claims does not reflect the reality of our operations. If hygiene were truly neglected, why haven’t other customers reported the same issue? We serve hundreds of meals daily, and our commitment to cleanliness remains the same for everyone. We understand your frustration, and we regret that this happened. However, attempting to damage our reputation with exaggerated statements is not the right way forward. If you have concerns, they can always be addressed directly. We remain committed to maintaining hygiene and serving quality food to all our customers.
