Very bad customer service. Have to wait for a long time for the ordered dishes. Didn't get the lime juice ordered even after 45 minutes.

Though started as a fish curry and rice meals speciality outlet in the food court of RP Mall, Kollam, their 'kizhi porotta' has become a hit among food connoisseurs in the town. A beef curry is poured into two pieces of Porotta wrapped in banana leaf and heated again before serving. Absolutely tasty. Try it out.

Very bad customer service...ordered kizhi porotta but had to get my money back after 1hr. If they tell wait 15 minutes, they mean 1hr ... Don't order in such cases... You will be trapped like me. Irresponsible staff even the manager. Really embarassing
