Very poor experience at McD today where the staff were lying to us as if we were first time customers. Order machines were not working because no connection was done in them. Due to this long queues were formed and entire experience was poor. The quality of McD is very poor now. Your staff is ill equipped and is not available for proper service. Numerous food safety violations were seen in the restaurant about whom I have clicked pictures to complain to FSSAI or relevant authorities as per law.
