two mac aloo tikki & fries were missing from the order. we get this after waiting 1 hr 15 mins. This is really frustrating nobody was picking at Mac d. App was showing order is ready for pickup after 20 mins ordering the order, parallelly called delivery guy but he was saying order is not ready yet & he is waiting to pick that.
This McDonald’s is in a terrible state. Every table was filled with trash from previous customers no proper cleaning, no place to sit, and shockingly, people were sitting at dirty tables just to find a spot. The outlet looks like it hasn’t been renovated in over a decade. No self-order kiosks, and only one person was available to take orders while all other counters were unmanned. To top it all off, they handed out incomplete orders with missing items. The entire experience was a complete mess definitely not what you’d expect from a global chain like McDonald’s.
