The spicy chicken patty has really downgraded They dry it out And even post saying to make it proper still they give dried out

Ordered some French fries and had to wait for so long .I was waiting for the service team to call out or display my token when asked said its kept there somewhere . This is not acceptable mc Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

The order for 2 burgers was delayed by an hour. This is really unacceptable for such a small order where the delivery location is just 10mins away from the Mall store.I had to face a criticism due to this as I had ordered these burgers (along with another order) for my Team lunch in office.Burgers not being prepared for an hour by the McD outlet due to which 2 delivery folks had to be changed. This did put me in a bad spot and had to face a very unpleasant comments from the team.My only grievance is that while my another order got prepared and delivered in time, why was my second order which was small in quantity too had to be delayed by an hour. Also the burger got cold and fries got really soggy by then. This is an act of deficiency in service, negligence and misconduct at the part of the restaurant. Maybe we can address this in a Consumer Court if I wish to. Atleast I'm not gonna order from McDonald's store at Oberoi Mall, Goregaon. Also, shall ask my other office colleagues to not order from here either. Disappointed.
