"I've been a loyal McDonald's customer for the past 14 years. Today, I visited the McDonald's location near ISKCON and noticed an advertisement for a burger and drink combo priced at ₹69 + taxes, which came to around ₹71. Anjali Sharma, who was taking my order, took my money but then rudely informed me that the offer was not available at that price. I feel that McDonald's is misleading customers with false advertisements, using appealing pictures to attract them. This is extremely disappointing, and I will not be returning. Not only did McDonald's take my money, but they also failed to deliver the advertised service. This behavior is unacceptable, and the staff member's attitude was completely unprofessional.
