This is the third time that their swirl machine is not working. They are marketing outside and the ice cream machine never works. Infact while trying to order burger, even the self ordering machine didnt accpet my offer barcode deal Now I'm a loyal BurgerKing customer. Ive developed a new taste due to McDonalds incompetence. I recently ordered a burger from this McDonald's outlet, but I was really disappointed with the quality. The burger was not fresh, and it didn’t taste like it was made properly. I expect better quality from a brand like McDonald's. They really need to improve their food standards and ensure fresh ingredients. Definitely not a good experience!
