McRennett truly disappoints. The bakery items look incredibly tempting, but the taste just doesn't match up — bland and underwhelming. Honestly, for the quality offered, they should price their items like a small local bakery, not like a premium patisserie such as Theobroma. Another concern is the rude attitude of the staff. I changed my mind about an item and was met with eye-rolls, stares, i heard her saying once to another customer who didn't wanted an item “Why did you choose if you didn't wanted it?” That’s not how you treat customers. And it’s not just this branch — the outlet at my office is worse. A friend once found a piece of plastic baked inside a brownie. That's shocking and unacceptable. McRennett, you seriously need to step up your quality and customer service. You can — and should — do better.

They are charged more than the bill value in my card. When I asked for the bill they told me they charged RS.4 in the bill amount with no explanation. Be aware next time when you are using you card with this store. Not value for money Service: Takeaway Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I bought cakes ( black forest and choco truffle ) from this store today. Very disappointed as it's quality wasn't good at all. It was sour. I don't know when was it made. A bad smell came out of it. Service: Takeaway Price per person: ₹200–400 Food: 1
