Pathetic customer service... Took ages to take order as I had to force them.. The tat for one customer at the billing counter takes ages as the agents along with manager shubham are busy in chit chat... Order takes ages to be prepared after multiple reminders.. Last icing on cake no ice cream mcflurry available... On top of it all manager Shubham has an attitude of a pompous incompetent agent with no apology at all but instead full of arrogance..i am from delhi n have to macds across the world trust me this one is the worst. Pls AVOID this outlet at all costs.. Pathetic experience Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Very bad experience! They gave me one burger less, and there was no proper place to sit. The seat had spilled cold drink on it, and no one even bothered to clean it. On top of that, the French fries were cold and soggy. Totally disappointed with the service and hygiene. Would not recommend this place!
