It was bad. Food took 25-30 mins to come. Seems like they prepared & forgot.. 'caz good was not hot.. staff didn't respond quickly. They didn't even answer. Family pack lack flexibility & available options are tasteless. Dear McDonald's Team, I am writing to bring to your attention a disappointing experience I had during my visit to your Vijayawada outlet today. Unfortunately, I encountered several issues at the store. The staff were extremely rude and unprofessional in their behavior. They addressed customers inappropriately and lacked the courtesy expected in customer service. During billing, there was no professional communication or proper response from the team. The store was overcrowded with staff members who were shouting loudly, creating an unpleasant environment—especially for families with children like mine. Additionally, while cleaning the floor, the team failed to place a "Wet Floor" sign. As a result, my child slipped and fell. When I raised the concern, the response was dismissive and lacked basic politeness or concern. I have attached the bill from my visit for your reference. I request a clear explanation regarding the conduct of the staff and the safety protocols in place at this outlet. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
