** Disappointing Experience** Our recent visit to McDonald's was incredibly disappointing. The wraps, especially the veg wrap, did not live up to their description. The quantity of ingredients, particularly the lettuce, was significantly less than expected. The blueberry shake and cold coffee were equally disappointing. It seemed as though the glass was rinsed in the flavour , giving off a strange taste. Neither drink was sweet nor thick as expected, making them almost undrinkable. Upon complaining the cashier lady did remade us a new one which was far better. We were also disappointed by the overall quality of the food and service, especially considering McDonald's is an international brand. The lack of washing facilities on the ground level is unacceptable, particularly for disabled customers who struggle to access the first floor. On the first floor, we were shocked to learn that the AC is not switched on unless requested, supposedly to manage costs. This is unacceptable and reflects poorly on McDonald's as a brand. Overall, our experience was a letdown, and we expected much better from such a well-known fast-food chain. --- It's important to provide honest feedback in reviews to help others make informed decisions. Very good outlet of McDonald's. Staff is very friendly and respectful. Food is good. Jain option is also available. Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4 Vegetarian offerings: Clearly labeled vegetarian dishes
