McDonald's DRIVE - IN, Kalamboli **Be Aware** I recommend customers double-check their orders before leaving the drive-in, especially if you're in a rush. We've had two incidents where items we paid for were missing from our order. The first time, we didn’t receive the water we purchased and let it slide. However, during our recent visit, the chicken nuggets we ordered were not included. This time, we called the outlet to report the issue. While they acknowledged the mistake and directed us to pick up the missing item from another McDonald’s on our route, it required unnecessary coordination and inconvenience.We eventually got the missing nuggets, but the experience could have been smoother. I strongly suggest the staff ensures orders are complete and customers verify their items before leaving. It’ll save time and hassle for.
