McDonald's Kalyani Nagar sent old, inedible food via Swiggy. They wouldn't even apologize. I had ordered the 9-piece Chicken Nuggets, but what I received was completely unfit to eat. The nuggets were extremely hard, dry, and pale, clearly not fresh. They broke apart like brittle wood. I raised a concern with Swiggy and attached video proof. I'm now awaiting proper resolution. Extremely disappointing service. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Disappointing Experience at McDonald’s [Kalyani Nagar branch pune] Faced a really frustrating situation at this outlet. I paid via UPI (PhonePe), and the amount was successfully debited from my account, but the staff insisted they didn’t receive it. Despite showing the transaction ID and confirmation message, they refused to honor the payment. Instead of helping or even checking thoroughly, I was bluntly told to either pay again or leave. No proper assistance, no escalation to a manager, and certainly no apology for the inconvenience caused. This kind of treatment from a global brand is shocking. It’s not just about the money — it’s about basic customer service and accountability. If your system can’t reliably process UPI, don’t offer it as an option. Very poor handling of the situation. Customers shouldn’t have to suffer because of backend payment glitches. Think twice before paying online here — you might get charged twice, and no one will take responsibility. Located exactly on the corner of kalyani Nagar cross roads, walking distance from the metro station. The taste is the same as in other outlets. The service is really great. Good seating arrangement. Recommended place. Service: Dine in Price per person: ₹200–400 Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4
