Service is extremely slow. The order is clicked “Done” when it is not even made. The screen monitor shows “please collect your order” and then make you wait 20mins Employees roaming in slippers, zero communications & zero discipline Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

The service is bad, the AC is always out of order or not functioning, the employees at the counter will try to confuse you into getting protein slices even if you've not even mentioned it, plus they're confused about stuff on the menu too. Horrible experience every time. Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: ₹1,000–1,200

Visited McDonald's recently and was impressed by both the food and the service. Supriya, one of the staff members, was extremely polite, attentive, and made sure everything went smoothly. Highly satisfied! Meal type: Brunch Price per person: ₹600–800 Food: 5 Service: 5
