To, mcdonald's manager, [wagholi near by bjs collage ] Subject: Complaint regarding inappropriate behavior and poor food quality Dear Sir/Madam, The staff here behave in a very inappropriate manner and speak in an extremely rude and harsh tone, especially a girl named Kajal. When I went to collect my parcel order, she gave me a badly burnt paneer wrap. When I visited the place to inform her about this, she spoke to me in a very disrespectful and low manner. She raised her voice and told me that it was not their fault and that I should deal with it myself, and asked me to leave. I felt very bad and humiliated because of this behavior.
