When ordered for Happy Meal with toys the staff stated they no longer give happy meal with toys. Hence after placing the order they give a happy meal without a toy. My daughter was unhappy. Later we noticed these guys give a happy meal toy to another customer who was a tourist who came after us.. Being a goan felt like the store was being parital and was being racist to locals.. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

I would like to address that McDonald's, located in Porvorim Mall de Goa, never provides customers with softy. There is one guy among the staff, who I think is senior, with very rude behavior. Today, around 8 PM, I went to get a softy, and he mentioned that it was not the right time and that softy was unavailable. This is not the first time; this is the third time I've had the same experience. Also, every time, he says, 'Abhi time lagega.' 10 mins, His main motive seems to be that customers should not wait. Please look into this matter as soon as possible. Service: 1
