WORST MCDONALD'S EXPERIENCE EVER! This has to be the absolute worst McDonald's I have ever visited — and that's saying something. The AC was not working, making the place extremely uncomfortable to sit in. On top of that, they weren’t accepting card or UPI payments — how can a global chain not have working payment systems in 2025? Now let’s talk about the food — or whatever that disaster was. Cold coffee? More like lukewarm, bitter hot coffee. Hot food? Stone cold. Cold items? Warm and stale. Literally, everything was served the complete opposite of what it should’ve been. Completely ruined our meal. And to make matters worse, the staff was shockingly rude. No basic courtesy, no apology, no solution — just rude responses and dismissive behavior from the order counter staff. They clearly had no interest in helping or even acknowledging customer issues. I’ve never written a review like this before, but this experience was too frustrating to ignore. This outlet seriously needs a complete management overhaul — poor service, poor food, poor attitude. McDonald’s — if this is the standard now?? Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
